Power meters are one of the main contributers to the speed of EMC immunity tests. The RadiPower® EMC Power Meters deliver extermely fast and accurate test results. Especially at low- or varying power levels this is important as other power meters are often very slow in these situations end thus slowing down the EMC measurements.
RadiPower® EMC Power Meters (USB) RadiPower® Monitoring software
The RadiPower® EMC Power Meters can be connected directly to a PC USB port or to the RadiCentre® USB plug-in card. The latter can connect up to four power heads at the same time. The RadiPower® can be controlled by the RadiMation® EMC test software.
The range of RadiPower® USB RF power heads cover a frequency range from 9 kHz up to 18 GHz. The model RPR1006A covers a frequency range from 9kHz up to 6GHz, the RPR2018C measures from 80MHz up to 18GHz. A dedicated High Speed version (samples with a maximum rate of 1 million samples/second) is capable of measuring RF Burst/Pulse signals with duration time of less than 2 us. The internal memory can be used to store the pulse shape and make it visible using a dedicated software tool. This RadiPower® Pulse heads are ideally for RF Burst/pulse measurements, like required in Automotive Ford EMC_CS_2009 RI-114 test and ETSI EN300328 (ERM requirements for wideband communication systems: 2.4GHz).
